Ridgeline Roast ("we", "us") operates this wholesale inquiry website. We are located at The First Sip Coffee & Pastries, 1 Outlet Collection Way, Entrance 1, Leduc, Alberta T9E 1J5, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you submit the wholesale inquiry form, we collect:

• Your business name, and your name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your city
• Anything you choose to write in the optional “anything else we should know” box. This is a free-text field, so whatever you put in it is what we receive.
• How you arrived at this page: the referring website, and any campaign or click identifiers in the link you followed (for example from a Facebook or Instagram ad)

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your wholesale inquiry and contact you by phone or email about it
• To prepare wholesale pricing and schedule a tasting at your shop
• With your consent, to send occasional updates about our wholesale program, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Ever.

Who processes it

• FormSubmit relays your form submission to our email inbox.
• Vercel hosts this website, processes standard server logs, and provides the privacy-friendly page analytics we use to see how many people visit and where they arrive from. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives page view and conversion signals through the Meta Pixel, so we can measure which ads bring people here and stop paying for the ones that do not. It uses cookies. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, if you become a wholesale client, for the duration of our business relationship plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@ridgelineroast.com and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

Safeguards

Your information travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is only accessible to the owners of Ridgeline Roast. We limit access to the people who need it to respond to you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
